On Day 1. They’ll explore what robots are, how the design process works, learn about VEX IQ components, compete in daily challenges & have supervised & assisted free-build time to start making their robots.
Day 2. Introduces gear ratios & basic programming with VEXcode IQ Blocks, allowing them to control their robots with code such a Scratch & Drag and drop.
Day 3. We will focus on sensors, teaching and exploring hands on how to navigate obstacles and complete challenging autonomous tasks.
Day 4. Campers apply their skills in a fun Freeze Tag Competition. Wrapping up the camp with teamwork, problem-solving, and bit of friendly competition.

Campers should bring their own snacks. We allow students to snack as needed so the kids can make the most of the 4 hours we have each day.

Campers should bring a water bottle, a snack, and any required forms.

Laptop if they have one or iPad could be used as well (no Chromebooks as they don’t work with vex code). This is NOT required.

We do not offer before or after care. Other camps and events take place at our location therefore children must be dropped off on time and picked up on time.

Campers should wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. We recommend avoiding loose jewelry or clothing that could get caught in robotics equipment.

Our instructors are experienced educators, engineers, and robotics mentors with a passion for STEM education. All staff undergo background checks and training.

We have strict safety protocols, including supervision at all times, clear safety guidelines for using robotics kits, and a first-aid station on-site.

A staff member will provide first aid, and parents will be contacted immediately. If necessary, emergency medical services will be called.

Yes! Please let us know about any allergies or special needs during registration so we can accommodate your child’s needs.

Our camp helps develop problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking skills—essential for future STEM careers. It also provides a great foundation for robotics competitions and STEM programs.

To ensure a focused learning environment, we ask parents not to stay during camp. However, we welcome parents to attend our final showcase event on Thursday 12-1pm.

Yes! At the end of camp, we invite parents to join us for the last hour to see what their children have created in a special showcase and observe the freeze tag competition. More details will be shared closer to the event.

Registration/Refund Policy:
All camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach capacity. Registration will close once a camp is full. No refunds will be issued once the camp is full.
All students must be fully registered and have paid their camp fee in full prior to the start of camp.
Once a student has registered and paid, there will be no refunds if the student decides to withdraw from the camp for any reason. As we are limiting the number of campers to 10 per week, and need to plan and prepare accordingly.
Camp fees cover the cost of materials, equipment (such as the VEX IQ kits), facility rental, and other necessary camp resources. Since these costs are non-refundable once incurred, we cannot offer refunds if a student decides to drop out after registration. ( In this event we will do our best to help you find a replacement for your camper.)

Balances may be transferred to another camper.

Refunds will only be issued if the camp is completely canceled.

Note: Tuition does not cover a robot to take home or keep.
