Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Or if the Student has completed 4 class lessons whichever comes first. If 30 days have passed or your student has completed 4 or more lessons since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. Due to the digital nature of this product we can not offer an exchange.

All refunds must be made to the original purchaser.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Classes purchased on Sale will be refunded at the sale price.


There are currently no options for an exchange.


Gift cards can not be refunded.
